I love the morning John Jackson wake-up call in our company. Some of us need coffee, some necessary tea for you morning first thing perk. For me, is the cup of leadership. This morning was no different, except that we have all seen John tell a story of rendering of the heart of his father who died 11 years ago and became very emotional at one time as he forgot evocative of his father. There were many lessons to be learned from this story and a few moments to highlight this call shall be share with you.
To recap John Jackson's father, he grew up on a small cotton farm with the other four brothers sampling. He recalls stories of heat of tourists, to sleep on leaves soiled and sharing bread among his brothers. They were very poor. It was not considered as being very academic and therefore retained in school. He played football, basketball and baseball, and graduate school. He was given the opportunity to join an oil company, and he had a phenomenal career in this industry as an engineer chemical safety.When he succeeded there was resentment among his other siblings as he was regarded by society as being stupide.Mais he won the Medal Gold and 100% for the action and that is how he will remember.
John Jackson's father was a leading 3% and has had a profound influence on personal success John. The moral of this story is simple. You do not have to be smart to succeed.It take action.Pour succeed you must take action in bold, decisive for best results. There is a quote "dogs don't bark at the parking of cars".

Message from John this morning was simple.Exit at the world and get called out and do something for someone in the knowledge of knowing that they can never repay you I am going to take a history Johns journal and take action now.
